"Pyro-mania"

Films: Don't Go in the House (1979)

Alias: Master of the Flame

Type: Natural

Location: Haunted home/Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Someone brain the lady who raised this poor man over the head. Yes, we know she's deader than dead, but do you think that matters to us at this point?

History: Donny Kohler never had the best livelihood. His constant abuse at the hands of his fanatical mother caused him to develop an obsession with burning others alive. And after his mother died, no one was there to restrain him. Now he attracts women who look like his mom to his house so that he can tie them up and incinerate them with a flamethrower. But even with the voices in his head encouraging him, he begins to wonder if it's all worthwhile...

Notable Kills: How many serial killers use flamethrowers anyway?

Final Fate: Donny tries to fit back into society, but his triggers come up, and he's back to trying to kill. He's foiled this time, and as the house goes up in flames, the voices bring his charred victims to life to kill him. However, in the distance, the voices start talking to another abused child...

Powers/Abilities: Prefers to kill in a fire-proof suit with his flamethrower.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-At least other killers just stab you and leave it there. This guy has to give his victims a painful, scorching death. That said, the guy's more traumatized than any of us at this point.

Trivia: -This film was often banned for its graphic violence and emphasis on child abuse. Banning something about real problems doesn’t make those problems go away, folks.

-Flamethrowers are actually quite available these days for reasonable prices. Why anyone would want these instant murder weapons is beyond us.

For he's got the whole house...in his hand!

Work on the dress. It's a bit tacky.

Donald's 'friends' have been growing quite restless as of late.

Bad dreams. They're even worse at the beach.

Talk about fair-weather friends.
